Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally responsive techniques to engage clients from various backgrounds.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is necessary.

• A current and valid license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California is required.

• At least four years of clinical experience demonstrating successful client outcomes in varied mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
