Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth intake assessments to understand clients’ emotional and psychological needs, creating comprehensive and tailored treatment plans for effective therapy.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, advocating for clients’ needs and promoting their well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients who seek help for various emotional and psychological challenges. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing individuals from different backgrounds and age groups. You will engage with clients in meaningful therapy sessions to empower them to overcome their challenges and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license/certification in the state of California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.

• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting addressing emotional and psychological challenges faced by individuals.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
