Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through clinical interviews, standardized assessments, and observation.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients’ specific mental health concerns, integrating evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Provide ongoing support by regularly meeting with clients to monitor progress, reevaluate treatment plans, and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing inclusive and culturally responsive strategies to optimize client engagement and outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic treatment and comprehensive care.

• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining confidentiality throughout.

• Provide clients with referrals and resources to additional support services when needed, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
