Work Environment\n

This role offers full-time remote work flexibility, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while staying connected with a supportive team. We maintain regular communication through video conferencing tools and collaborative platforms to ensure every team member is integrated and engaged. Core working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scope for scheduling flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' individual experiences and design appropriate, customized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tailoring approaches to resonate with patients' unique cultural, ethnic, and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that focus on addressing mental health concerns, building resilience, and promoting overall well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that encompasses the multi-faceted needs of patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support for immediate mental health emergencies, ensuring that proactive measures are taken to safeguard patient safety.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources that can assist in their journey towards recovery.

• Maintain accurate and current documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards for compliance and accountability.

• Engage in case conferences and team meetings, contributing insights and actively participating in cultural competency training sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience in providing culturally competent mental health services is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The selected candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
