Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, tailoring clinical interventions to align with client needs.

• Execute initial patient and family assessments, triaging care based on assessed needs and coordinating treatment with interdisciplinary teams.

• Document and communicate assessment findings and treatment plans to the care team through meetings, including patient rounds, ensuring continuity of care.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to ensure the effective completion of individualized service plans for clients.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, collaborating with community resources and other professionals to facilitate comprehensive care pathways.

• Complete all documentation ethically and timely, adhering to department protocols to maintain accurate records of patient care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, adolescents navigating transitions, and families seeking support. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
