This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while collaborating with a team of skilled professionals. Our facilities are open Monday through Saturday, giving you the ability to create and manage your own work schedule while ensuring availability to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to evaluate their mental health needs, ensuring comprehensive understanding and support.

• Provide high-quality, graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Engage in collaborative care by communicating effectively with colleagues concerning patient assessments, treatment strategies, and comprehensive interdisciplinary care plans.

• Demonstrate the requisite knowledge and skills to address the psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients across various age groups.

• Deliver case management services by coordinating with hospital and community professionals, ensuring that patients receive holistic and appropriate care.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to support clients in reaching their goals as part of personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain ethical and timely documentation standards per departmental expectations to ensure continuity of care and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists serve a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. This role allows you to make a tangible impact on clients’ well-being, guiding them through their therapeutic journeys within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the State of California is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
