Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs of your clients.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify the individual capabilities and challenges of your clients, creating personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to ensure the highest level of coordinated care and comprehensive treatment options for clients.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation via our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and facilitating streamlined communication among team members.

• Stay informed on emerging best practices and ongoing advancements in mental health treatment through our internal professional development workshops and external learning opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health therapist at Anchored Visions Discovery, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, providing you with a rich environment to apply your skills and learn from the experiences of others.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in a relevant mental health field.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services to clients from diverse populations, demonstrating your ability to adapt treatment styles to meet varied needs.

• Exceptional communication skills and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
