Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapted to meet the distinct needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention techniques and immediate support for clients undergoing acute mental health emergencies, guiding them towards stabilization and safety.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
