Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients’ mental health concerns, followed by developing tailored treatment plans that accommodate each individual’s specific needs.

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Create personalized therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and consistently track their progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy and in-person appointment options to clients who may have accessibility concerns or prefer remote sessions, ensuring flexibility and consistent support during their healing journey.
