Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and understand the mental health issues faced by clients, enabling you to tailor effective treatment interventions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) during individual therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services, offering a flexible option for clients who prefer virtual interaction or are faced with accessibility challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client progress and therapy sessions in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in your professional development through training provided in our unique care pathways, staying abreast of new therapeutic practices and frameworks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is essential for this position.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing telehealth therapy services to adolescents and young adults is required.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with platforms such as Google Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, are essential.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a commitment to maintaining a warm, empathetic demeanor when engaging with clients.

• Must possess the ability to maintain patient confidentiality while working from a home office setting, ensuring secure and private interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
