Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Mental Health Therapist will involve:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, and families, with a strong emphasis on understanding their unique life situations, mental health histories, and treatment goals.

• Providing comprehensive treatment plans along with therapeutic interventions to address various mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities as appropriate.

• Actively participating in interdisciplinary care meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, ensuring a coordinated and holistic approach to each client's treatment.

• Managing your caseload with a focus on adherence to ethical documentation practices, ensuring all details regarding assessments and treatment strategies are recorded in a timely fashion.

• Engaging in continuous professional development to stay informed on best practices and new methodologies in mental health treatment, while sharing insights with your peers.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW issued by the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
