Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms among clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health status.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique mental health objectives, preferences, and lifestyles.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver high-quality treatment that addresses mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mood disorders, exploring treatment options and self-care strategies to empower them throughout their recovery journey.

• Monitor clients' progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs and ensuring effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and medical professionals to facilitate integrated care solutions, enhancing the treatment experience for clients with co-occurring conditions.

• Remain current with the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually refine therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
