Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized clinical treatment plans based on clients’ assessments and needs during psychotherapy sessions delivered via telehealth.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, preparing detailed intake summaries, treatment plans, and current case notes while ensuring compliance with state and NCQA regulations.
\n
• Maintain confidential, up-to-date records of client progress, and treatment outcomes using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and strategize treatment options tailored to the client's best interests.
\n
• Offer therapeutic interventions to help clients, particularly seniors, effectively cope with mental health issues, crisis situations, and transition challenges.
\n
• Actively research and connect clients with various resources in the community, including support groups, social services, and other relevant services, enhancing their overall care experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on senior clients who often face unique challenges such as grief, chronic health issues, and age-related mental health concerns. You will play a critical role in helping this demographic address their emotional and psychological needs with dignity and respect, leading to improved life satisfaction and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• You must possess valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent in California. Please note that we cannot accept associates licenses at this time, as they are not billable through Medicare.
\n
• Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a diverse caseload of clients effectively.
\n
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently, making critical decisions regarding client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred but not mandatory. A background in providing psychotherapy via telehealth is advantageous.

• Ability to integrate evidence-based therapeutic practices into sessions to enhance client treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
