Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health concerns, utilizing both standardized tools and clinical interviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, serving adults and youth facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field of mental health counseling is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is essential.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and client relationship management.

• Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse are highly preferred and will be considered advantageous.
