Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial client consultations to develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Regularly assess and document client progress, ensuring clear communication with supervisors and care teams.

• Facilitate scheduled teletherapy sessions, maintaining flexibility to adjust appointments in response to client needs.

• Engage in home visits as required, conducting in-home observations and collaborating with family members or guardians to support client progress.

• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to share insights and updates on client care, fostering a coordinated approach to mental health treatment.

• Prepare and maintain required documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in accordance with ethical and organizational standards.

• Coordinate training sessions to enhance team members' competencies in implementing treatment plans and documenting outcomes.

• Provide ongoing support through follow-up interviews and home visits, ensuring clients’ evolving needs are continuously met.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required, ensuring you have the academic foundation necessary for this role.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical context is essential to effectively manage and support diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Advocate Aurora Therapeutic Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, with total compensation being influenced by the therapist's experience and the caseload managed.
