Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews and standardized diagnostic tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Engage with clients through regular therapy sessions, providing the necessary tools and strategies to address their mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in our electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population that includes individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. The ideal candidate should possess cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with clients from different backgrounds, understanding the unique factors that influence their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations and presenting disorders.
\n
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport with clients of varied backgrounds and experiences.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
\n
• A commitment to professional ethics, including confidentiality and boundaries in the therapeutic relationship.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary framework and leverage team strengths for comprehensive care solutions.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of four years of experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have experience providing group therapy, as well as those skilled in crisis intervention. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and experience working in multi-cultural environments will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
