Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual video counseling sessions with clients to facilitate therapeutic progress and enhance their quality of life.

• Encourage clients to openly discuss their feelings, emotions, and life experiences, helping them gain valuable insights into their thoughts and behaviors.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying and setting personal goals that promote growth and healing.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health status through assessments and interviews, and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices drawn from your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary clientele consists of adults experiencing a range of low-acuity mental health issues. As a counselor at Tranquil Bliss, you will engage with individuals seeking support for challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Your contribution will be vital in helping them acquire skills and coping mechanisms that improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• An active independent license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Proficient digital literacy skills for utilizing telehealth platforms and maintaining electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated ability in making clinical assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport with clients to encourage openness and trust.

• Experience in a remote counseling setting is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to this attractive pay, we provide:
