Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy plans that align with their specific needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, families, couples, and groups, ensuring that all interactions are client-centered, respectful, and goal-oriented.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation as per legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the State of Oregon.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical or similar context, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
