Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments to determine client needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their personal goals and cultural context.

• Provide evidence-based interventions like CBT and DBT in various therapy modalities, including individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and ensure coordination with other healthcare professionals for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reflecting patient progress and treatment efficacy in alignment with clinic policies.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, enhancing their ability to manage mental health conditions effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
