Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT within the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches and a strong grasp of mental health disorders.

• Proficiency in delivering culturally responsive therapy to diverse populations.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
