Life Solutions Counseling Center is in search of a dedicated full-time Mental Health Therapist licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT to join our compassionate and culturally aware team in Tucson, Arizona. Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while also addressing the needs of our clients. Our working hours are primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required for accommodating patient schedules. You will be equipped with the latest telehealth technologies and a robust electronic health record (EHR) system facilitating seamless communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gather comprehensive patient histories and identify individual needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting to the cultural backgrounds of patients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for open discussions and healing.

• Be actively involved in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
