Work Environment\n

This role will be performed in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintain structured work hours. Our typical work schedule spans Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, though some flexibility may be required based on client needs. As part of a collaborative and interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to deliver integrated care. You will primarily focus on outpatient services, ensuring each client receives tailored support in a compassionate and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, using evidence-based methods to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to facilitate client improvement.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation and complete confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in collaborative treatment with a multidisciplinary team, attending regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance patient care quality.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources.

• Stay informed on emerging research and advancements in mental health therapy to ensure the application of best practices in your work.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Demonstrated understanding and application of solution-based psychotherapy techniques to effectively meet client needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, enabling you to navigate complex patient cases.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience with various therapeutic approaches and modalities, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and a background in outpatient mental health counseling will be beneficial in this position. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 yearly, based on your qualifications and experience.
