This remote role allows you to deliver care in a setting that promotes both professional and personal flexibility. You'll find yourself collaborating with a dedicated team of psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and clinical professionals, all committed to patient-centered approaches. While the position offers substantial independence, team collaboration will occur regularly via case consultations and peer review meetings. Your work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility needed to adapt to client availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate and enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will center around a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and more. You will empower clients through active participation in their therapy process, helping them to set and achieve personal goals towards improved mental well-being. We prioritize creating a safe and nurturing environment tailored to the needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.

• Strong proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, with an ability to apply these techniques effectively to meet individual client needs.
