Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific preferences and goals.

• Implementing evidence-based skills, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders.

• Providing educational resources and support for clients and families on managing mood disorders and enhancing self-care practices.

• Regularly monitoring clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans when necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Working alongside psychiatrists and healthcare providers to deliver integrated care and streamline treatment processes.

• Documenting session notes, assessments, and treatment plans meticulously, following ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals diagnosed with mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will be instrumental in providing a supportive environment for clients from various backgrounds and experiences, emphasizing recovery and personal growth. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
