Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining a structured schedule. Our typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis. Working from home provides a comfortable space to focus on client needs while utilizing digital platforms for assessments, therapy sessions, and collaboration with team members.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional and psychological well-being to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their specific goals and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Clinical Mental Health Therapist will primarily engage with individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
