Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify the needs of patients effectively.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, taking into account their unique goals, challenges, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings: individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, working alongside healthcare professionals to ensure ongoing support for patients in acute distress.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in psychoeducation activities, equipping patients and their families with essential skills and knowledge to better manage their mental health.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to facilitate coordinated care and enhance treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n
