Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, creating personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to support clients' emotional and psychological well-being.

• Set clear therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and continuously monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients seeking virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those facing mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements to safeguard client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated through client interactions and documentation practices.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills, enabling the ability to manage a diverse caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload. Additional benefits include:
