Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility and comfort while you perform your duties. Despite the virtual setting, our team remains tightly knit, participating in regular virtual team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to maintain strong connections and collaborative practices. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients, families, and couples through various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups to address common mental health issues, fostering community connection and support.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, helping patients navigate acute episodes effectively.

• Educate patients and families on mental health topics, treatment options, and how to access community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in continued professional development to stay updated on advancements in therapeutic practices and mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client base composed of individuals suffering from various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. The role emphasizes cultural competency as you tailor treatment plans that respect each client’s unique background and experiences. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

• Substantial knowledge of mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated capacity to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and to create successful treatment plans.

• Experience providing therapy to individuals and groups, particularly with diverse demographics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000.
