This role is designed to offer flexibility as it is primarily remote, allowing therapists to work from home while serving clients. Our center operates from Monday to Saturday, providing ample opportunities for clinicians to create a schedule that suits their preferences and clients' needs. In addition, our administrative team supports therapists through in-house credentialing, management of insurance participation, and appointment scheduling, allowing clinicians to focus on providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, establishing treatment goals and strategies based on client needs.

• Implement graduate-level clinical social work or counseling interventions tailored to the care plan, ensuring responsiveness to each client's circumstances.

• Maintain open communication with team members about assessment findings and updates on client progress through documented reports and regular team meetings.

• Perform case management duties for assigned clients, collaborating with community resources and professionals to ensure holistic support and continuity of care.

• Ethically and timely complete all documentation, adhering to department standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate clients in achieving their personalized therapy objectives.

Qualifications\n
