Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and personal goals effectively.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that respect each client’s background and needs.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each situation.

• Collaborate with clients to foster coping strategies, resilience skills, and overall mental wellness.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case discussions, and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and share knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. By addressing the unique backgrounds and cultural contexts of each individual, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their mental health journeys toward recovery and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; however, a Master’s degree is highly preferred.

• A demonstrated ability to empathize deeply with clients and understand the nuances of mental health challenges relevant to your patient population.

• Proficient communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and their application in various counseling scenarios.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a diverse patient population in a community mental health or clinic setting.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and digital documentation systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
