Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological well-being and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies based on clinical best practices and client-specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, incorporating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting emotional awareness, personal growth, and effective coping mechanisms among clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Engage in crisis intervention and provide immediate support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Provide education to clients and families concerning mental health disorders, treatment pathways, and resources available within the community.

• Maintain thorough, confidential records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Participate actively in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and revise treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed care principles.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and managing client documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing mental health counseling is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
