As a mental health therapist at Reliance, you will enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that thoughtfully consider the effects of medical conditions on patients' mental well-being.

• Collaborate with medical providers to create and implement integrated treatment plans that address the psychiatric and medical needs of each patient.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster resilience and recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients experiencing co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, focusing on a diverse population that includes individuals with chronic illnesses, substance use disorders, and psychological distress. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing the support these patients need to navigate their challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Experience working within an integrated care model and collaborating with primary care providers.
