Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• No limited, provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an empathetic nature and a commitment to client well-being.

• Strong computer literacy skills to effectively navigate our therapy platform.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of relevant experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated a track record of success working with low acuity adult populations and utilizing teletherapy platforms effectively.
