Healing Hearts Counseling is seeking dedicated, licensed mental health therapists for full-time positions within our growing outpatient psychiatric practice. This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while providing essential services to our patients. Staff meetings, consultations, and collaborative sessions will be conducted via telehealth platforms and other digital tools, enabling seamless communication and support among team members and patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs, tailor treatment plans accordingly, and monitor progress effectively.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to guide individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational groups aimed at educating patients about mental health issues, coping strategies, and resources, thus building a sense of community and support.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses the full spectrum of patients’ physical and mental health needs.

• Respond to mental health crises by providing immediate intervention services, ensuring safety, and developing crisis stabilization plans.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation that adheres to privacy laws and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular case consultations, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the continuous improvement of therapeutic programs.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatments, attending workshops and training as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon is essential, providing the legal framework to practice independently.

• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders and various therapeutic modalities is critical for successful patient engagement and treatment.

• Demonstrable experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
