Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that consider cultural backgrounds to identify unique patient experiences and needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored specifically to each client.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, facilitating a safe space for expression and exploration of mental health issues.

• Engage in crisis intervention, offering immediate support and resources for clients facing acute mental health issues.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community support resources, reinforcing their understanding and involvement in the process.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Your primary focus will be on serving a varied and diverse clientele, including individuals from ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ community members, and immigrants. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license in the state of Arizona as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidenced-based treatment modalities combined with an exceptional capacity for cultural sensitivity.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy, particularly with a focus on resilience and inclusion.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills and ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
