Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, enabling a flexible schedule within standard business hours—Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While you will primarily work from home, you will remain connected to a collaborative team, participating in virtual meetings and consultations that support the delivery of integrated care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing various standardized assessment tools and methods.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on achievable goals and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Implement and deliver evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide effective treatment for mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques to enhance their understanding and management of mental health issues.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and support the evolving needs of each individual.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other medical professionals, ensuring a seamless continuum of care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending case consultations and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
