Work Environment\n

This role will primarily be remote, allowing for flexibility in managing daily responsibilities while ensuring you have access to necessary resources for effective therapy delivery. However, you will be connected to an outpatient office in Tucson, Arizona, that serves as your administrative hub. Our telehealth capabilities enable you to maintain close relationships with your clients, ensuring consistent support and care regardless of location.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing culturally sensitive techniques to gather insights into each patient’s individual history and experiences.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, focusing on the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques to address various mental health concerns while fostering resilience and empowerment.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate effective treatment strategies for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and assistance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and resources, ensuring they are well-informed and empowered to make decisions about their care.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the highest levels of professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated mastery of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in providing both individual and group therapy using culturally informed practices.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the capability to maintain composure during challenging circumstances.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, adept at fostering trusting relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in essential computer applications.

• A commitment to upholding ethical practices, maintaining professional boundaries, and ensuring client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
