We provide comprehensive in-house credentialing and a streamlined system for managing insurance participation, enabling you to focus on your clients without administrative distractions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide client treatment plans.

• Develop and execute comprehensive care plans based on initial assessments, monitoring client progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to discuss patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes via regular documentation and team meetings.

• Provide case management services by coordinating with external healthcare providers, community resources, and supportive services to ensure holistic care for your clients.

• Maintain ethical documentation practices, ensuring timely completion that meets the standards set forth by the department.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to support clients in fulfilling their individualized service plans effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, which includes children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your experience and specialized knowledge will be paramount in crafting personalized therapy approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances and objectives.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in individual and family therapy, demonstrating an ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in relevant therapeutic methodologies, particularly CBT and other evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and partners in the community.

Compensation and Benefits\n
