Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge clients' mental health concerns, develop accurate clinical diagnoses, and formulate tailored treatment plans that align with each client's goals and needs.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health issues, ensuring supportive care during critical moments.

• Maintain meticulous client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in strict compliance with ethical and legal guidelines to protect client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists and social workers to integrate a holistic approach to client care, thereby enhancing treatment effectiveness.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and community resources available, while advocating for clients' rights and needs when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
