Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, preferences, and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based interventions appropriate for individual clients.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy tailored to client-specific issues.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster community engagement and share coping strategies for mental health challenges.

• Collaborate and coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and cohesive care.

• Respond to mental health crises providing immediate intervention and support as needed.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records as required by legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Solid understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and design effective treatment plans based on client needs.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy across a range of ages and backgrounds.

• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on building trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and appropriate computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
