Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services through safe and secure virtual platforms, ensuring a comfortable environment for clients to discuss their mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport and a therapeutic connection with clients in a virtual setting

• Empathy, compassion, and an understanding approach towards clients’ diverse experiences and challenges

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle therapy sessions and documentation remotely
