Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the complexities of each patient's needs, followed by developing tailored treatment plans reflecting evidence-based approaches.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring integrated care that addresses all aspects of a patient's mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients in urgent need.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, making them aware of available resources that can aid in their recovery journey.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document progress and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrable knowledge and application of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
