Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct compassionate and ethical individual mental health counseling sessions using video chat technology.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing solution-focused techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve stable, low acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients seek guidance for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other life stressors. By focusing on low acuity needs, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in their lives while utilizing your therapeutic expertise to foster growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must possess a valid and unrestricted mental health license to practice independently, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• No history of disciplinary actions or restrictions on your license.
\n
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature to foster client relationships.
\n
• Proficient in utilizing technology and software necessary for remote therapy sessions, with strong computer literacy skills.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, ideally in a remote or telehealth setting. Experience working with diverse populations, particularly with low acuity clients, will be advantageous. Familiarity with various treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches will further enrich your practice within our team.
