Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches tailored to clients' needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop customized treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will come from a variety of backgrounds and may present with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. As a therapist, you will utilize your skills to address these diverse needs, build trust, and empower clients to achieve positive change. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care that respects the individuality of each client and their unique life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits plan to support your well-being and professional growth.
