Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring client confidentiality and adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with low acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health needs. These clients may be dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions. Your role will focus on helping them develop critical skills and coping mechanisms that improve their overall quality of life, guiding them on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid and independent license to practice in Texas, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, without any disciplinary actions against them.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening to effectively connect with clients.

• Strong computer literacy skills, comfortable navigating telehealth platforms and documenting client progress efficiently.
