Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• You hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• You possess one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Your license is fully active, allowing you to practice independently without supervision.

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions should be present.

• You demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine, empathetic demeanor toward clients.

• You are proficient in using technology and possess strong computer literacy skills to navigate our platform effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a counseling setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth practices and previous experience working with low-acuity populations will be beneficial in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and working hours. In addition to a sign-on bonus, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, direct weekly deposits, and a supportive work environment that emphasizes your well-being and professional growth.
