Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify each client’s challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices and developing tailored treatment plans to facilitate their journey towards mental wellness.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions to help clients achieve their goals.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient records are confidential and up to date.

• Work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care that addresses the full spectrum of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
