This position is structured as a remote role, allowing you to set your own schedule and work from the comfort of your home. Our streamlined onboarding process enables you to start your practice quickly, requiring as little as three days of onboarding before you begin seeing clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, focusing on enhancing their mental health and well-being.

• Facilitate open, empathetic discussions with clients to explore their emotions, life experiences, and personal insights to foster self-awareness.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them articulate and define their therapy goals and desired outcomes.

• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions comprehensively and develop individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based approaches.

• Utilize the therapist portal to document sessions, track progress, and collaborate with the DoCare team to ensure client needs are met promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At DoCare, our clients are prescreened and typically present with low acuity mental health issues, ensuring you engage with stable individuals ready to work towards improvement. This focus helps create a manageable therapeutic environment, allowing you to apply your expertise effectively without the overwhelming stress that can be associated with higher acuity cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent license to practice as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficiency in making professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations to guide treatment planning and implementation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, alongside a compassionate, supportive demeanor.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms to facilitate remote therapy sessions.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 based on hours worked and experience.
