Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' backgrounds, current challenges, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on continuous evaluation and client feedback.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client sessions, treatment interventions, and progress, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to promote a culture of collaboration and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Hope Springs, you will work with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds and age groups. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, full licensure to practice independently in Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• No limitations or provisional licenses; absence of disciplinary actions is required.
