Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to establish the necessary treatment alliance and plan.

• Implementing graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions based on the unique needs of each client, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams through regular documentation and meetings to ensure the provision of cohesive and comprehensive treatment.

• Providing case management services by consulting with both hospital and community professionals, facilitating continuity of care and maximizing the resources available for patients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation that adheres to organizational standards and complies with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population includes individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
